1. This voucher entitles the redeemer to one (1) complimentary design service from the choices provided (Flyer, Business Card, or Greeting Card) by MissionCTRL.

2. This offer is strictly limited to one redemption per individual, business, or organization. Duplicate entries or attempts at multiple redemptions will be void.

3. The complimentary design includes up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions. Significant changes beyond the initial brief or additional revision rounds may incur standard design fees.

4. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, high-resolution logo if applicable, any specific images) for their chosen design. MissionCTRL is not responsible for content creation or sourcing under this offer.

5. The design will be delivered in a standard digital format (e.g., PDF, JPG, or PNG) suitable for print or digital use, as appropriate for the chosen design type. Source files are not included in this complimentary offer.

6. MissionCTRL aims to deliver the initial design draft within 48 business hours of receiving a complete brief (all necessary information and assets). Delivery times may vary based on current mission load.

7. This voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services or monetary compensation.

8. MissionCTRL reserves the right to refuse service if the requested design content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates copyright laws.
